PIC and HACCP

Person-in-Charge (PIC) is a requirement for all food businesses. Many food businesses are also required by the Food Control Department to implement a food safety management system based on HACCP principles.

TSI offers certifications linked to HACCP and HACCP-based food safety management systems, specifically the Menu-Safe HACCP system and the Menu-Safe Lite HACCP-based system, which are designed for food service businesses. Click here for details about these systems.

Menu-Safe and Menu-Safe Lite training is fully equivalent to PIC training (see the below letter for details):
