Our staff have unmatched experience in food safety, education and training. For example, TSI-QS' General Manager and Chief Examiner (Dr. Jerry Taylor) has a PhD in HACCP and an MSc in Education, as well as 40 years of experience in training, education and food safety. Our training materials have been designed by Dr Joanne Taylor, a qualified University-level teacher with a BSc in Psychology and a PhD in HACCP. As a result the TSI-QS training materials are uniquely effective in enabling improvements in not just food safety knowledge, but also in attitude and behaviour.
TSI-QS is a UAE-based company; our staff reside and work here full time. So, we provide locally-based subject matter expertise in addition to administrative and procedural support.
The quality of PIC trainers is crucial to the success of the program. The TSI-QS trainer approval process is very rigorous; we carefully assess trainer qualifications and experience, and trainers must pass a Level 4 food safety exam enhanced with questions on training psychology.
